STEEL HORSE STALLS
Our Steel Cannonball Horse Stalls are fabricated from powder coated 14ga galvaneal steel. Pre-welded and ready to install, Steel Horse Stalls from CannonBall:HNP are available with 30" or 36" grille heights and include most popular options including feed openings, swing out feed doors and swing out feeders and waters. Horse Stall doors are available with standard, drop down or v-neck grilles. Window grilles and stall gates are also available.

ALUMINUM CANNONBALL HORSE STALLS
Aluminum Horse Stalls from CannonBall:HNP are built from anodized aluminum for a quality, long lasting appearance. Stall components are shipped knocked down for inexpensive freight options but are designed for easy assembly. Available in clear or black in grille heights of 29" or 36", our Aluminum Horse Stalls can be equipped with feed openings, swing out feed doors or swing out feeders. Matching window grilles are also available. Stall door options include standard, drop down and feed opening.

STEEL DUTCH, BARN AND SLIDING DOORS
Cannonball Horse Stalls are available in colors to match virtually any building, our Steel Dutch, Barn and Sliding Doors are fabricated from galvaneal steel and built to last. Dutch and Barn Doors are available in sizes up to 4/0 x 8/0. Our solid Barn Doors can be ordered as hinged or sliding doors, in single or double doors, and are also available with Carriage House Prep. Our Steel Country Slider is available in sizes up to 16' x 12' with or without window lites and can also be ordered knocked down, less glass, for easy shipment throughout North America.

When selecting equine equipment for your horse stalls, Cannonball supplies both steel and anodized aluminum stall equipment.  Cannonball is a leader in the manufacture and supply of quality horse stall components.  The stall equipment is shipped broken down and is assembled on the job site.  The buyer’s furnishes the lumber of their choice.  All lumber components are 2 x 6 standard type lumber.  The stall doors are supplied with Cannonball’s own track and trolley systems.  All metal components including door hardware and screw fasteners are provided for the stall system. 

What ever your requirements are for horse stall systems, Cannonball can supply every component from hinged horse stall access, stall front grills – both steel and aluminum, partition grilles and stall gates, stall window grills, track and feed room doors, chew guards and receiver channels, Cannonball provides its all.

Sliding Door Hardware . Consists of door brackets, door latch, bottom stay roller assembly, Delrin roller system for long life and 8 ft section of round top track to keep dust and material from falling into the rollers and jamming your door. Our Cannonball stall systems are maintenance free, the aluminum stalls are anodized aluminum and will not rust and are virtually maintenance free.  Our steel stall systems are painted black with a powder coated finish.

     

Wall Channel. Removable side stall walls can be made using our wall channel designed to accept standard 2 inch lumber (1 1/2 inch thick). Attach the wall channels to your support posts or walls and slide the lumber into the channels. Measures 1 3/4" wide x 5 3/4" deep. Stall Grill (4 ft. Section)  4 ft. wide grill is 29" high x 1" round tubes inserted, on 4" centers, into channels top & bottom. Tubes free-float in the channels for easy replacement and our no-weld construction provides superior corrosion resistance

Grill w/Hinged Section . 4 ft grill section with a swing-out section allows you to create a gossip door or a swing-out feed door. Tubes free-float on the assembly for easy replacement and our no-weld construction provides superior corrosion resistance. Just attach the brackets to your lumber top and bottom. Spring loaded latch locks swing section in place open or closed.

Stall Door (4 ft. x 7 ft.)  (anodized aluminum framework only, lumber not included) 4 ft. wide grill is 29" high x 1" round tubes inserted, on 4" centers, into channels top & bottom. Tubes free-float in the channels for easy replacement and our no-weld construction provides superior corrosion resistance.
